I haven't tried this recipe yet, but I thought I would post it, so somebody could tell me how it tastes. I got it off someone else's blog. :)
Pizookie - cookie pizza
1 C. butter
3/4 C. brown sugar
1/4 C. white sugar
1 sm. pkg vanilla pudding mix
1 tsp. salt
Mix, then add...
2 eggs
2 1/4 C flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Chocolate chips as desired
bake for 9 minutes in a 375 degree oven
Do you roll it out like it's pizza dough? If it is, I had something similar where we spread fruit dip on it (like the sauce) and then slices of fruit (like the toppings). It was delicious!
